Project Overview

Built for thosewho serve.

The Veterans Affairs Medical Center project in Montrose, New York involved the construction of a new two-story steel-and-wood facility within the existing VA campus. Working with Tristate Paving, Blue Wave Steel completed approximately 240 tons of structural steel, providing the primary steel framework for the new building.

A defining feature of the project was the installation of custom steel roof trusses, creating the distinctive peaked roof structure at the upper level. The project brought together substantial structural framing, elevated steel, and specialized roof construction within an active, established VA campus.
